Contest Rules & Disclosure
Eligibility:
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to customers and non-customers of Chambers Bank. Void where prohibited by law. Entrants must be enrolled in a public or private elementary or secondary school or be home schooled.
Entry Guidelines:
Submit original artwork to [email protected] by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28. All entries must contain copyright-free art or art released for entrant’s and public use. No unauthorized use of any copyrighted images, text or other material will be accepted. All entries must be submitted online. One entry per person.
Artwork must be submitted in jpg, png or pdf format. Images attached to Microsoft Word®, Microsoft PowerPoint® and similar software will not be accepted.
By submitting an entry, the contestant and their parent or legal guardian authorizes Chambers Bank to reproduce and utilize the image and its likeness in Chambers Bank’s marketing and promotions at Chambers Bank’s sole discretion including, but not limited to, use on debit cards, print media and social media. Contestant represents that the entry submitted is not subject to copyright or other intellectual property protection and is the sole creation of the contestant alone in their private capacity. Contestant hereby acknowledges that Contestant will not receive any compensation for the use of Contestant’s image and Contestant irrevocably dedicates their image to the public domain.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected by Chambers Bank Management. Decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. The winner will be notified by Chambers Bank Management by telephone, email and/or mail (method selected in Chambers Bank’s sole discretion).
Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Entry Period:
12:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, February 1 to 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, February 28, 2023.
Prizes:
The winning entrant’s school will receive a $500 donation to purchase diversity-related educational materials. If the winning entrant Is homeschooled, a $500 donation will be made In the winner's name to the 501(c)3 organization of the winner's choice.
