Russellville-Parkway Remodel

We're remodeling to serve you better!Parkway Rendering

Our Russellville branch at 110 East Parkway is getting an upgrade! We will temporarily close that location beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10.

We understand that this is an inconvenience, and we apologize to all of our customers who use that location for their banking needs. But we feel that the new, improved branch will allow us to serve you more quickly and efficiently, and we look forward to showing off our new location later this year!

If there is anything we can do to assist you before, during or after construction, we're here to help!

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will you be closed?
There are two phases of construction. We anticipate that the drive-thru will be closed for 2-4 weeks. After that time, we will reopen the drive-thru, but the lobby will remain closed for approximately 5-6 months while we remodel.

Why are you remodeling?
Parkway is one of our busiest branches, and we want to make sure that we are serving you well. We feel that the new branch layout will be more convenient and allow us to serve you in the most efficient way possible.

What if I need help in the lobby?
We are happy to assist you at our Skyline location at 3201 West Main or at any of our other branches. Every branch will have the same access to your account as we do here at this location.

What if I have a Safe Deposit Box in that location?
If you have contents in a Safe Deposit Box at our Russellville-Parkway branch, you have three options:

(1) You can move the contents of your box to our Skyline branch—or any other Chambers Bank branch—at no additional charge. If you do so, you can move the contents back to Parkway after construction, or leave them at the new branch.

(2) You can temporarily remove the contents of your box until the end of construction, and we will waive your Safe Deposit fee for 2023 (or 2022 if it hasn’t already been paid).

(3) If you do not need access to your box, you can leave the contents in there.

When do I need to make a decision about my box?
All contents must be removed by 2:00 p.m. on Friday, June 10, or they will be inaccessible for 2-4 weeks.

What if I leave stuff in my box and really need it?
Once our drive-thru reopens, we will be able to grant you emergency access to your box by appointment. However, during the first phase of construction, we will not be able to access the lobby for safety reasons.

If I leave stuff in my box during construction, will it be safe?
Absolutely! All the contents of your box will be protected throughout construction.
