SCAM ALERT: Several customers have reported receiving text messages that their debit cards and/or accounts are locked. This is a scam.

If you receive a text or call asking you to call an unknown number or to give out account information, do not respond. If you're unsure about the legitimacy of a text message, email or phone call, please call our Customer Care Center. You can confirm that number on our website (800-603-1226).

Unfortunately, Christmas is a busy time for scammers. Please be careful with your financial information.
