Fireworks Displays Across Our Arkansas Communities
We’ve gathered the latest on local celebrations near our branches and neighbors:
- Amity - The nearby town of Glenwood will host a fireworks display on July 4 at 9 pm at Glenwood City Park. Great fun for families and just a short drive from Amity.
- Atkins - While Atkins doesn’t have its own show, nearby Russellville’s annual Freedom Fest (details below) is a favorite tradition for locals.
- Conway – At Beaverfork Lake Park, Lights Over the Lake brings live music, food trucks, and lakeside fireworks. Free admission and fun for the whole family on July 3 at dark.
- Danville, Dardanelle & Havana – Locals can head to Russellville for one of the River Valley’s biggest events!
- Dover – Take a short drive to Russellville or Atkins to enjoy fireworks while gathering with friends and neighbors.
- Elkins – Celebrate in nearby Fayetteville, where multiple shows light up the sky!
- Fayetteville – The Walmart AMP will host a patriotic concert and fireworks on July 4, perfect for NWA families.
- Fort Smith – The Mayor’s Fourth of July Celebration will be held at Harry E. Kelley Park on July 4. Festivities begin at 5 pm with music, vendors, and one of the region’s most impressive fireworks shows.
- Hot Springs – View fireworks over Lake Hamilton at dark. Best viewed by boat or from the shoreline, this beautiful over-the-water display is an annual favorite.
- Hot Springs Village – The Stars & Stripes Extravaganza is scheduled for July 2 at Balboa Pavilion. The Village celebrates early with live music, food trucks, and a dazzling fireworks finale.
- Mansfield –Families can head to Waldron or Fort Smith to enjoy nearby displays and patriotic fun.
- Mena – Annual July 4th Fireworks at Louise Durham Elementary at dusk. Mena brings the magic with a community celebration, food, and fireworks.
- Rogers – Pairing with the NWA Symphony show, locals can enjoy fireworks after the concert at the Walmart AMP. Bring chairs and enjoy the family-friendly fun.
- Russellville – Freedom Fest on July 4 at 6 pm; celebrate downtown with live music, food trucks, and a big fireworks finale near the Riverwalk.
- Springdale – Fireworks at Arvest Ballpark on July 4 following the Northwest Arkansas Naturals game. Baseball, hot dogs, and fireworks—does it get more American than that?
