Our lobbies remain closed

We made this difficult decision in response to the recommendations by the President, the Governor, and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

As a community bank, the health of our friends and neighbors is very important to us, and we are doing all that we can to protect our customers and team members from the spread of the coronavirus. And while the health of our customers and team is our top goal, we also understand that access to your accounts is important, too. We're doing our best to balance those priorities by serving customers through the drive-thru only during regular banking hours. Customers who require specialized products or services, including lending, mortgage, or access to your safe deposit box, will be seen by appointment only. Please call your local branch to make an appointment.

We encourage you to utilize our remote banking options, including our convenient drive-thru windows and ATMs. We also want to remind you that you can bank from virtually anywhere with our online banking, mobile banking and telephone banking options. There are step-by-step instructions on enrolling in these services on this website.

Per state mandate, face coverings are required for entry

We reserve the right to deny service to anyone not wearing a face mask. You may be asked to briefly lower your face mask to confirm your identity. 

Requirements to enter any Chambers Bank building

Customers and vendors who enter any Chambers Bank building for any reason must comply with the following requirements:

  1. Wear a face mask at all times
  2. Practice social distancing of at least six feet when possible.
  3. Answer health-related screening questions
  4. Have your temperature checked

If you do not wish to comply with these requirements, please use our drive-thru and online banking options.

Do NOT enter the building if:

  1. You have symptoms of COVID-19, including cough, fever, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, or loss of taste or smell
  2. You have had close contact with someone suspected of having COVID-19 in the past 14 days
