To Reconnect...
Step 1: Deactivate your old Chambers Bank connection
Inside QuickBooks or Quicken:
-
Open your account list.
-
Select any Chambers Bank accounts still linked to the old connection.
-
Choose Deactivate or Disconnect from Online Services.
-
Do not delete the account itself—just the connection.
-
Step 2: Reactivate using the new Chambers Bank connection
-
Add or set up your account again.
-
Search for Chambers Bank and select the updated option that matches our new Digital Banking platform.
-
Log in using your current credentials.
-
When prompted, link your existing accounts instead of creating new ones to preserve your transaction history
