To Reconnect Once Intuit Is Live...

Step 1: Deactivate your old Chambers Bank connection
Inside QuickBooks or Quicken:

  1. Open your account list.

  2. Select any Chambers Bank accounts still linked to the old connection.

  3. Choose Deactivate or Disconnect from Online Services.

    • Do not delete the account itself—just the connection.

Step 2: Reactivate using the new Chambers Bank connection
Once Intuit is live tomorrow:

  1. Add or set up your account again.

  2. Search for Chambers Bank and select the updated option that matches our new Digital Banking platform.

  3. Log in using your current credentials.

  4. When prompted, link your existing accounts instead of creating new ones to preserve your transaction history
